We are excited to announce that Mel from @2birdscake is running a workshop on the 28th of April as Asdaisydoes in Rutland St, Newtown.
Ever seen a simple frosted cake with some gorgeous fresh blooms and thought- I wish I could do that? Well here is your chance to learn the skills to set you apart and ensure that you have the wow factor with the perfect cake at your next event!
What you’ll do:
Part 1: How to fill, stack and frost a cake, including a quick demonstration on different buttercream frosting techniques (naked, semi naked, smooth and textured) and all the tips and tricks to getting the perfect finish
Part 2: How to prepare fresh flowers for the purpose of cake decorating and then going to town dressing your freshly frosted cake with some epic blooms!
Part 3: go home and DEVOUR it, sharing it is optional!
